Fast check-in and help with our luggage. Complimentary water and Christmas biscuits, short drive from the airport ( it is walkable, but we had 5 pieces of luggage) Superb nights sleep, and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Always our go to airport when we are in Lisbon

Clean, comfortable bed and helpful service. Walkable from the airport, so no need to wait for shuttle if you have roller bags. We were allowed to check in at 1 pm which we appreciated. The restaurant served dinner with good menu options. Not a fan of the bathroom set up in the room. It had semi transparent, modular glass walls for the toilet room and shower stall which are open to the rest of the room along with the sink, unless you draw a curtain. And no outlet at the sink/mirror that can provide the current required for a curling iron…only for a shaver.

Melia Lisboa is a great place to stay at the beginning of our holiday in Portugal after long flights and at the end as we are just a short walk to our early morning flight. Staff is excellent, facilities very comfortable and buffet breakfast is wonderful.

A major housekeeping incident (walking in on a guest despite being told not to enter the room, and despite the door bolt having been engaged) was unpleasant enough in the first place. But a weak and jumbled response by management to the incident evoked my anger when I went down to the front desk shortly after.

Great and convenient
Lobby staff were very friendly and helpful! Some of the breakfast staff seem burned out on their jobs. The food was filling and tasty though. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept well! But the traffic below is noisy in the morning and we woke up to all the honking. Easy walk to the airport right down the street. We will stay again.

Staff are wonderful. Helped get an Uber to the train station. Would stay here again. And now know if arriving in the afternoon, call the hotel for complimentary shuttle pick up. Morning flights need not call due to volume of flights coming and going.

We had a perfect overnight stay. It’s located within walking distance to the airport terminal, but it also has a really active airport shuttle service. Perfect airport hotel!

The staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in was swift. The shuttle to and from the airport is timely and helpful. Great location for the airport. You can walk if you don't have too much luggage. Dinner and breakfast buffets are abundant but only mediocre quality. Bathroom is very little.

I love that the Melia is so close to the airport and walkable. This trip they upgraded me and I had a huge tub in the bathroom. I loved it!! Wonderfully comfortable bed and room.
