This hotel was exactly what we needed. It's extremely close to the airport (5 minutes away), and they have a shuttle that makes trips every 15 minutes. The bed was honestly, pretty hard, but this isn't really a hotel to stay in long-term (it's primarily for convenience), so I wasn't too perturbed by that fact. If ever I'm in Lisboa again, and I have an early flight, I will be sure to book this hotel again.

Perfect hotel to stay in when you need to stay super close to the airport. They have pickup and drop off to the airport. The room was great! Very modern. The breakfast was superb.

Property look to new and very clean. Only issue was that our sink was stopped up and we had to change rooms. Other than that, a very nice hotel and since it is right next to the airport, it was a convient for us to make an early morning flight.

We arrived at the airport very early to return our rental car and were so thrilled that we could get in our room early to relax after a 3 hr drive. Spent the afternoon down on the waterfront which was close and a short Uber ride.

Adequate hotel, poor reception, even worse food
We booked the Melia Aeroporto because we needed a hotel for the night prior to our return to the U.S. For that, it was fine, but the staff at the front desk was unnecessarily rude and brusque. For a hotel near an international airport, their English was very poor. The room was adequate although our door to the hallway was broken. We had hoped to have enjoyed a last meal with our family before we went our separate ways, but the food in the restaurant was terrible and the service even worse. The dining room was chaotic - the bottle of wine we ordered never arrived. We waited more than 30 minutes between finishing our starter course and our entree course. Breakfast the next morning, though, was quite good.

We thought the hotel was nice. Rooms were clean and very convenient to the airport. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. However, the service in the bar was atrocious. We were completely ignored and the staff actively avoided making eye contact. We left after about 15 minutes and went to the hotel across the street for a drink. We did leave a complaint for management but it went unaddressed. We likely would not return given the poor service.
