I would never stay there again. No AC !! Very small rooms , breakfast doesn’t open until 7.30am no bar . Very noisy. Only two pillows .super small TVs. Staff were nice, but not familiar with the local area. Appears the management is not strong

Comfy bed, good hot shower. Nice dark room with very little noise. Friendly Staff organised our airport pickup which was very helpful.

The hotel appears near new, clean and well appointed; the room was small (no fridge nor kettle) but the bed was comfortable. We felt it was overpriced, especially EUR 10 for continental breakfast without gluten free options. There is no bar nor restaurant and the area didn’t seem to have enough foot traffic for a safe walk to Parque das Nações, at minimum 15 min, but we had a car and found a good restaurant there. There is a metro stop adjacent which could have been an option. Overall not a bad choice for one night, prior to a morning flight departure.

Nice simple hotel. The staff is friendly and it is conveniently located with proximity to the metro, train station and the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. We forgot an item and we were contacted by the hotel to find the best way to get the item back to us, but unfortunately we already departed Portugal.

It is a convenient hotel to stay as it is a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station. The easy access to the Metro station (also one of the quieter stations) gives you the ability to travel Lisbon conveniently without the hassle of unsavory characters trying to pickpocket or gain money from hassling you. Unfortunately the negative with this hotel is the fact that check in is a very long and arduous task. Perhaps there should be an ability to check in online and have a pre-checked guest queue. Perhaps streamlining their procedures would be beneficial to the chain of hotel

Great hotel for the night before an early flight. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We were gone too early to have breakfast but it looked like there was a big set up on the main floor. Not much to walk to, but just a quick drive to restaurants.
