Very friendly front staff. We were welcomed with a custard tart and a glass of port…nice touch.They helped us taxis and provided great suggestions for dinner. Overall it made our experience in Portugal very pleasant.

Great location!
Perfect location. Close to restaurants, shops and hop on hop off buses. Staff at the hotel organised day tour for us with hotel pick up and drop off service. Room not very big and a bit dark but very clean. Would stay at hotel again and would recommend it.

A great location for walking as it’s all flat. Lots of transport options too from the Hop on off buses to Trams and the Metro which is in Rossio Square and takes you to the airport in about 45 mins. Rossio rail station is 2 mins walk which is great for visiting Sintra and Cais de Sodre station is a 20 mins walk and is just 40 mins ride to Cascais. The hotel is extremely clean and has great staff. The buffet breakfast is €15 and has all you need. Cooked and continental with lovely fresh fruit and Pastel de Nata of course too. A very central place to stay.

This hotel is in a great location. The facilities and staff are really good. Great selection for breakfast. Main entrance at the rear can get a bit grubby due to litter blowing about but other than that I would highly reccommend it.

Very small rooms compared to other hotel rooms. Especially if you are travelling with large luggage. Twin beds that could not be separated in room due to headboard placing and size of room. No shelves in shower area to put personal toiletries. Modern updated rooms.
