Numa Lisbon Rato was a lovely building, the apartments were great, clean, high quality. The area was nearby good food/drink locations and a 2 supermarkets a couple minutes away. Multiple transport options nearby or can walk to the centre of Lisbon in 20-25 minutes. However, my biggest issue is the air con, even though it's turned on you can't feel it and have no control over it. It wasn't warm in Lisbon 15-20 degrees but the room was still warm. I would not stay here during the peak of summer weather

I stayed at Numa rato from Nov 10 to 19th while my booking was from 10th to 23rd , had to checkout 4 days earlier because of a personal emergency. Numa is a fully self service concept , room was nice and clean but my stay was a bit longer and had to manage the cleaning etc myself. Also Numa showed no mercy in accomodating my emergency request for leaving early and charged me for entire two weeks until 23rd instead of 19th.

Numa é super bem localizado, proximo ao metrô, a uma curta caminhada do Bairro Alto, tem instalacoes novas e confortáveis, o café da manha oferecido no hotel parceiro Mama é excelente. O único ponto negativo é nao ter serviço de limpeza dos quartos.
