Wir entschuldigen uns für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten, die während Ihres Aufenthalts entstanden sind. Wir werden die aufgeworfenen Fragen zur Kenntnis nehmen und uns verstärkt um die Verbesserung der angebotenen Bedingungen bemühen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Schulung und Beaufsichtigung der neuen Elemente durch das Personal liegt, wie dies der Fall war.
