Pros-great location (within walking distance to many stores and restaurants), taxi rank outside hotel, hotel has lovely interiors and rooms are of a good size Cons-it is very often the small things that you notice in terms of negatives. Throughout the 5 night stay, various front desk staff struggled to consistently achieve the basics. In spite of requests by myself and other family members, rooms were left with no tissues, no coffees/milks and no room sign to notify that room cleaning was wanted. The staff on the front desk were largely sullen and unfriendly when approached and these problems were flagged. The standard of cleaning in the rooms was passable but nothing more (see comments above)

A lovely hotel with good, friendly staff. Air con not working was a downside. We were told it was being fixed. We had to leave a window open at night and 2am deliveries to the hotel were very noisy! However despite this, overall I was very happy with our stay there as the staff were so good, location perfect and it is very clean and attractive.

Good hotel .,logistically very good .

Confortable hotel and very practical from the logistical point of view (near to the Metro) .You could reach relativly quickly either by wolking or by metro the most attractive points .Price O.K.

Ich war bereits vor acht Jahren einmal in dieser Unterkunft damals in einem Superior Zimmer. Dieses Mal in einem normalen Doppelzimmer. Das DZ war relativ klein. Wir hatten zum glück nur eine Tasche für zwei Personen. Mit zwei grossen Koffern wäre es ein Problem gewesen. Was leider sehr negativ aufgefallen ist, ist erstens der Wasserdruck, welcher praktisch inexistent ist und der Geruch des Wassers. Dieses roch abgestanden und irgendwie wie Brackwasser aus der Kanalisation. Auch roch das Zimmer eher muffig, da sich das Fenster (aus nachvollziehbaren Sicherheitsgründen) nur einen Spalt breit öffnen lies. Ebenfalls wollten wir mit einem 100 Euro-Schein bezahlen, was jedoch nicht möglich war. Auch das Bezahlen mit 50er Scheinen ist nicht weit verbreitet, aber was soll man machen, wenn der Automat im Heimatland nur 100er und 50er ausspuckt? Naja, wir konnten dann einfach später bezahlen, als wir endlich kleineres Wechselgeld erhalten haben. Alles in allem ist das Hotel okay für einen Städtetripp, ich würde aber bei nächsten Mal wieder das Superior buchen.
