Wonderful hotel in a great location. Beautiful rooms and view. I did experience noise ( from what I understood to be the patio above me) but my the comfort of the room made up for this. Whilst service isn’t personalized, staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Property is excellent! Nice views and very charming. Service is quite good but I would improve a couple of things: 1. Bath towels were excellent the first day but on the second one regular quality ones were delivered at the room; Breakfast is nice but for a boutique hotel like this I would improve the offer as well as the quality of sweet options which are kind of “industrial” (croissants and donuts, specially). Other than that a great place to spend a weekend in Lisbon.

Great quiet location, on top of one of Lisbon’s hills so be ready yo walk a lot, which was great! Hotel was good but far too expensive for the value. We had a room on the 1st floor of the main building and could hear the people walking above us in the wee hours of the night. Was complicated to get an iron, then an ironing board or extra towels… bathrobes were a little “tired” and the paper holder in our room wasn’t properly fixed to the wall… little details that you wouldn’t expect from a hotel at that level. staff were helpful and food was good.
