The property has patio doors leading directly out to a patio, with a stream running close by and easy walking access. Set on the owners’ site, Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, which is situated in a quiet wooded valley, and has access to a fishing lake (licence required, at cost). Ideally located to visit many gardens such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trebah Gardens, and the Eden Project. There are many historic houses close by including Llanhydrock, Cotehele and Anthony House. Visit the north coast villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow. Horse riding nearby. Shop 2 miles, restaurant 500 yards.
