The open floor plan has the kitchen open to a dining room area and living room area. It is perfect for entertaining all overlooking the water of Boughton Bay. Furnished with a sofa (that pulls out to a queen bed) a relaxing space with water views for miles. Master bedroom offers a tiger leaf maple pencil post bed opening to a balcony and a custom bathroom with double floating vanity and rain head shower with bench seat. The guest room has two single beds with view towards Sally's Beach and MacFarlane Cove.
