This is a family home located in Little Rapids in the Humber Valley area 15 minutes from Corner Brook. Guests will have access to the main floor of the house (basement is used for storage by owners). There are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms located on the main floor. The house was recently renovated. It has a beautiful modern kitchen and open concept layout. There is a double deck patio in the back, a firepit, and a basketball court. The home has a well and septic system. There is a big driveway - perfect for a truck and trailer if you are towing any watercraft or all terrain vehicles.
