Our room was nice, clean and convenient located. Our only issue was the very loud heating system. Even on (low fan) it made it unbearable to fall asleep. So we just slept with the heat off and we’re thankful for the extra blanks and cozy bed. The welcome cookies in the office were to die for. All rooms have a nice view, convenient parking and a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed our sunny balcony the ocean view. We would return, the place offers a great value for the money. I hope they can install quieter Heat/Ac unit someday soon.

The property was cute and had ocean views..the beds were comfortable. The rooms furniture coukd use some updating. I.e.the table inside and on patio were bar height which isnt very comfortable. The office outside patio was very nice and had a firepit which was nice. The breakfast was very limited ,but the coffee was good.

Nice hotel, paper thin wall made for a long night.
Wonderful little hotel in Little River, great views, clean room, excellent service. Our only complaint is not the hotel’s fault as such. The wall between our room and the next room was paper thin, and the internal door that allowed access between the two rooms was a cheap pre-hung internal door (I.e. like you would find at a home goods center), with no insulation. As a result, we could hear our neighboring guests as if they were sitting next to us. They would not shut up. First we got to listen to them “enjoying” each other’s company. Seems they like to use some interesting language, amongst a lot of grunting and groaning. Another couple then showed up and the four of them just had a grand ole time laughing and talking until about 1:00am or so. They settled down for a few hours, then started up again at about 4:30. They weren’t screaming or partying as such, it’s just that the walls were so thin that it felt like they were right there. Made of a long night.

Great place to stay awhile!
Amazing place to stay…So many positives: Clean, I mean really clean. No dust and dirt on the baseboards or on top of things. Quiet place, you can hear the ocean from your room. Amazing views. Parking is plentiful and right near your room. Nicely decorated and comfortable with nice bedding and towels. Microwave, small fridge, nicely sized closet. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I extended a night and they made it easy. The housekeeping staff is quiet and not bumping into walls and talking loud outside your room…yeah…you know this happens in even the swankiest of places. They even offer a small breakfast. I will recommend the Seafoam to anyone!!!

This isn't a fancy place, but it was exactly what I wanted. The staff was friendly. The room was a good size & was clean. The balcony had comfy furniture. The real draw of course is the view. It was spectacular looking out on the water. I had some work tom do at my computer one morning & had the curtains open so I had that great view while I got some work done. I will be back again.

What an amazing property. Inside - the room was so well done - many upgrades, and the bed was over the top comfortable. Staff was so helpful and kind. They had great recommendations and information about the area, and just lovely to be around. The woods were lovely, easy parking, and beautiful views from the room and patio. So many little extras - it was great!
