My Visit

It was a nice visit. Check In was fine and the young man was very nice. He showed things were located like the ice machine, elevator, etc. No trouble finding our room or getting the key to work. It was a good visit.

Considering a fire broke out on our 3 rd floor. Don’t know the cause. The manager and staff were very helpful with our safety, booking at another hotel if we couldn’t stay there. When firefighters said everything was safe and we had the option to stay there. Manager Jo , I believe was great, at making sure that if anybody needed reimbursement, it was taken care of or will be depending how you booked your stay. I would stay there again. All of the staff helped wherever they could by letting us warm in in the hotel van, temps below freezing, or getting back to and from rooms if needed for bags and assistance to any people that needed assistance. Before all of this service, cleanliness all with a friendly environment all around.

Beds were comfortable and very spacious room. The front desk staff at night wasn’t as friendly but the morning staff was very helpful. We had someone drop us off in the morning and pick us up in the evening. The evening driver (male) was so friendly.

Needs updating

Tabitha at front desk was super welcoming and professional. Overall, property needs investments in updates. Hallways are dark and musty, our ventilation fan in the bathroom rattled loudly, the bath door was in need of repair. Trash cans in breakfast area were filthy with caked on pancake batter. We’ve stayed here several times when flying out early, the shuttle and parking options are wonderful.

We were greeted and picked up at the airport by a lovely staff member. Check in was effortless and the night desk person was very nice. Room was clean and the bar was still open. Breakfast was good and eating area was very clean. A very good experience

Great experience

Last minute decision and turned out perfectly. Very comfortable room. Forgot to tell front desk that the remote control had some issues, but not their fault.
