Hotel staff was friendly and very nice. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Room is a little dated for the price. Are at restaurant downstairs food was ok and took 45 minutes to get food and restaurant was not packed.

My first room had not been cleaned. Room changed but the room had also been given to someone else, I was walked in on while changing. Went to concert came back and room key would work and my key could not be fixed was let in room be security

Check in took 30 minutes and we are sent to a room with one bed and stairs when we requested 2 queen beds. Our children had nowhere to sleep and the stairs and railing weren't safe for our toddler. We went back to the front desk to request the room we paid for and were told they didn't have our room available. The room was dirty and dated. The front desk staff was incompetent. The elevator was shaky and loud. There was also an unexpected $15 parking fee. We checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. There was a couple in line ahead of us checking out soon after checking in due to finding bed bugs in their room. Awful experience!

Check in was quick but I had to remind the clerk that I had paid for breakfast because apparently she overlooked it on the reservation and didn’t give me the breakfast pass card. Parking was good. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast buffet. The room I booked needs maintenance, badly….. My first impression when I walked into the room was worn, faded & shabby carpet. I was afraid to walk around barefoot. I also saw stains on the ceiling & walls. I booked a balcony room on the top floor so the view was good, but the balcony was dirty and obviously not a priority for the maids. The water pressure was good in the shower and the water was soft, that is a plus in my world. However, the sliding glass shower doors did not work properly, they were misaligned, One wouldn’t stay closed and the other would bind on the guide and felt like it was about to fall out. Like I said previously, my room needs maintenance and refreshing. Probably the theme for the remainder of the rooms. I will consider a different hotel on my next visit.

Second time staying there and the hotel and staff are always great. Good breakfast and the parking is easy. Only issue I had was that the room smelled a little moldy and is I increased the temp to 71 degrees the smell really got bad. Informed the staff and asked for a new room but they stated the hotel was all booked. Nothing more was done. Had to run the AC at 67 or lower to help with the smell. Got better the second night.
