Not a great stay
Lighting was horrible. The bathroom had no airflow and the toilet leaked. There also wasn't enough accessible plug ins for chargers, cpap machine.

Bathrooms need upgrading and some fresh paint. The shower curtain was nasty and had huge holes in it. I have stayed here 3 times and this was the worst bathroom yet. Love the area and people.

Staff was rude and seemed like they were tired of working there won’t be staying here again elevators were dirty with trash everywhere and the 3rd floor smells like smoke and burnt oil sick

The staff was great and it’s clean. I will stay again. They have smoking rooms so my hubby didn’t have to walk far to smoke.

The check in office staff were extremely kind and upon check in the lady kindly offered me their free shuttle service to the cheeders and target down the road which I appreciated after a long drive. I would return because the staff here are exceptionally good at delivering on customer service. Highly recommend.

The room had so much cleaner unit it was hard to breathe. We had to open the window to make it manageable. My husband even threatened to sleep in the car. The floor had so much cleaner it was like an ice rink. I am disabled and can’t walk much due to knee and back pain. The floor caused me to fall hard. I ache all over now from my neck to my toes.

The queen matress was perched on top of a standard box spring, so it was unsafe unless both people were dead center. We were given 1 1/2 towel sets for 2 people and had to take our wet towels down to the front desk for dry ones. The whole experience was like an aging college dorm room without the amenities.
