Had a little inconvenience with the room’s AC but soon the staff was able to change rooms. The only thingI didn’t like was that the carpet overall the hotel is very dirty. Other than that everything was good!

Hotel is old and neglected, in the first room they assigned me the a/c was not working, after going downstairs and across the hall the attendant at the front desk ( good customer service) assigned a different room, the bed had one of the supporting legs broken so the bed was slanted on one side, the bat tub was old and dirty looking withe cracks all over.

The staff here was excellent. Do not confuse with the Holiday inn express down the hill from the Holiday inn conference center. The other one was horrific!

Hotel needs updating. First room had no A/C and reeked of smoke. Ethan moved us. He was amazing. Next room ceiling dripped into bath tub all weekend. It was gross. The lady at breakfast was nice.

The property is very old and needs to be refurbished. I had stayed in a king room and when I got in the room was really hot and the air conditioning wasn't working. They got maintenance to come and check it and after he checked it it still wasn't working. They did move me to another room, however, that room was not a king. The gentleman at the desk who helped me change the room was very very nice. As for the cleanliness... Everything in my room was fine, but being as it's an older hotel I feel like it needs more upkeep and there were certain parts of it that I just felt were dirty. Carpets were stained and things of that nature.
