The stay at this location through hotes.com wasn’t pleasant at all. There were bugs in the room . The manager stated he would call pest control . Hotels.com not the hotel did nothing to accommodate us accordingly . I will not book through Hotels.com again.

Centrally located to everything in North Little Rock. Check in and out process was extremely quick and cohesive. The rooms were spacious, but the interior seemed a little worn. The bed were extremely plush and comfortable and the room includes both a fridge and microwave

The staff charged me for a deposit fee of $60. It did not pend at all, rather it was charged. I then called back and reported the incident 3 times. After the 3rd call I was charged another $60 then a received a -$60 credit, which did not resolve the initial charge of $60. I will have to dispute this with my CC company. Beware!

The room was covered in mold. I was given a new room and it smelt terrible, the hallways smelt bad, and there were people hanging out in the hallways and stairwells. I had to use the stairs since the elevators didn’t work. The first floor was under construction and the doors were wide open.
