In Liverpool on business, I travel a lot and this was the most comfortable bed pillow combination so far this year. I will revisit when next in Liverpool.

Pros: You could see that most if the staff were Hilton Trained and went the extra mile. Cons: The air con in the room was noisey. When we arrived for our £40 breakfast, there were no tables available in the dining area. We were offered alternative seating in the Bar area. In my opinion, if Hilton are charging £20 each for an average Hotel buffet breakfast offering, they need to ehance the offer with the associated services. Had we known in advance that, Hilton would struggle to accommodate us at breakfast, we would have choosen to breakfast elsewhere.

Have stayed at this hotel many times before but the first room had water damage and smelt extremely bad, so we moved rooms. The 2nd room the main door to the room did not shut properly/ had to ensure you used the key card to shut door. The hotel is okay but looking quite tired. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful.

This is a typical commercial hotel but is very well situated near the Royal Albert Docks and the shopping areas. The only negative thing is that we noticed a very strong mold smell in our room and in the hallway and reported it to the staff as there appeared to be a water leak from the shower. The rest of the hotel was immaculate.

I have stayed there many times before, but it somehow felt the this time not up to its usual standard. Hairdryer in room wasnt working on first morning, mentioned it straight away and it wasnt changed in time for my next day's shower and hair wash. Bayliss and harding toiletries!? No hair conditioner. Toilets in main bar area need some maintenance, plus i mentioned that one of the toilets was absolutely filthy, ( how a customer had left it) Reception staff were lovely however.

Awful room flooded and my clothes were all wet couldn't get washed and couldn't use water as it was flooding room from shower and bath really upsetting for me and stressful
