Knowing the area well, the location was perfect for a nearby business meeting earlier in the day. Parking was very easy next door. Walking distance to Albert Dock, etc. The building itself was bland from the outside, as lots of newish builds are, but the entrance was nice and the reception were courteous and efficient. I didn’t use any of the services, or eat at the hotel, the room was more than fine. Probably not to my taste, but with the upgrade, it was of a decent size. There is a lot of choice in Liverpool to stay now, and at the right price, I would consider again, along with others.

Overall, a great hotel, had everything that we needed, the bathroom was clean and have a great shower, the AC was great for controlling the temperature and we had everything that we needed. 10/10 would recommend.

A great location, clean and functional. But whoever did the internal decor needs to understand that a hotel on the waterside should be flooded by natural light. Floor to ceiling curtains, dull lighting and in the bedrooms light almost non existent. Had to use my iPhone torch to operate the shower it was so dark. Can’t wait to get outside into the natural light!

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Even let us have an early check in! The room was very modern. It was quite dark but we liked that! Black out curtains were sublime and we had a good nights sleep. Location was good. 20 minutes walk away from the Ropewalks and the Docks restaurants and bar. Will be coming back!
