Perfect city break hotel
Very nice stay, service was very good with no queueing to check in, for breakfast etc - all those things that can annoy on a hotel stay. Good rooms, convenient location, decent value for money.

Hotel staff were great up until a 2am fire alarm. We all had to wait outside in the awful weather with no information and then had to wait in total almost an hour until 3 am with no information. Turned out it was a faulty sensor but no apology for evacuating a hotel full into the freezing cold at 2 am due to deficient equipment . Safety first but courtesy and information should be second . Before then all good .

Modern,clean and good location
Excellent hotel for a weekend break.breakfast was good.staff all very friendly and helpful,room well equipped and clean,only negative was the restaurant which was expensive and small portions for the money. Two steaks,two puddings and two drinks just shy of £100 including £10 service charge.wouldnt put me off staying there again but would probably eat eleswhere
