Ideal for my families needs for a short break to Liverpool. Very central with everything we wanted (apart from Anfield Stadium) in walking distance. Would go back and recommend to friends or family.

Condition and location of the property was fine, but there were a few areas that made the stay particularly rough. The shower was scolding hot, impossible to even stand under. The beds and pillows were way too firm. Then the noise from the street was loud even with every window closed.

We had a surprise when we saw our accommodation. Larger than we thought and very comfortable. All the staff were excellent and helpful. Coming back next year. Couldn't have got a better location.

Definitely worth it
The room was clean and pretty comfortable. I had to work on a few days and the space available was the perfect height for my laptop. The only issue we had was with the bathroom. The was no window which meant we couldn't air it out - the extractor fan was either not running or insufficient. The shower head was a bit broken so the water flow wasn't great however the rainfall head worked fine and made up for it.

Central Liverpool location with everything in walking distance. If you stay here, please help the homeless in the area with some spare change, and stop to have a chat with them too. They really do appreciate it if you stop for a minute.

Dylan was terrific! BUT Very difficult to get luggage inside. No area to unload bags and no helpful parking info on website. Otherwise very good hotel.

Honestly, if you’re going to have a coffee machine in the lobby with tea bags next to it, that should be free. Never been to a hotel anywhere else where it wasn’t. Can’t remember what else now as it’s been a while, but it wasn't worth the price really even though location was perfect. Staff were helpful.

Shower taps were not working properly leading to twi choices. Scalding hot or hot. Someone came to fix, but it was incomplete. Maybe the shower is just broken or poorly designed. A bit noisy on Saturday night (about 3am)

Great apartment hotel. Studio flat had a small but functional kitchen, table and chairs, pots & pans you may need. With bed and shower room. Immaculate.

While the staff were lovely and the hotel was mostly nice, the area of town was extremely loud until 3 AM or so and the bed was dreadfully uncomfortable. The bed was hard and we could feel the springs in the mattress. This was a nightmare for my pregnant wife. We were on a babymoon and one of our favorite things about hotels is having a nice bed and having a great night sleep away from our 3 old. Unfortunately, this hotel did not do the trick. Loud music and partying until early morning and a bad bed combined for a regrettable stay.
