The only benefit was a voucher for a drink in the bar, the staff Darren very helpful on arrival checked us in and pointed everything out that we might need. It then went down hill the lights cut off in the room they came up to check within minutes but could not sort out so needed maintenance to take a look. We where asked did we want to stay in the room or move, we would have lived to stay as the room was really nice but as we needed to check out early no lights to wake up to and sort out contact lense and pack bags up was not an option. We got a new room further along the corridor but where only given a key no help to move our bags not even a coffee very disappointing

Really nice hotel with stylish interiors in a brilliant location just a few minutes from Liverpool Lime Street Station and within walking distance of main attractions in Liverpool. I would highly recommend.
