Mostly brilliant.
Great hotel, lovely staff and very tasty breakfast (you must try the scrambled eggs). The only thing that lets it down is the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. Bring your earplugs or you’ll be awake at the same time as your neighbours.

Really lovely stay
Lovely room which was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The pub restaurant was lovely although we did not have our evening meal there. The breakfast was hot and one of the best I have ever had.

This was a lovely place to stay. The weather was horrendous but the people at the Jug & Bottle made up for it. We were made to feel very welcome, stayed in a lovely room and had very good food. What more could one ask for.

Every member of staff throughout our visit was wonderful, everyone was exceptionally pleasant and helpful from happily volunteering to carry our bags and cases upstairs to happy greetings and helpful attentive service at breakfast and in the bar, and such nice room service ladies...made it a super stay!...well done all at the Jug and Bottle, we highly recommend!
