With the living room space equipped with 2 sofa beds and 2 foldable twin beds, this peaceful retreat offers plenty of room for guests to relax and unwind. The spacious kitchen with an island is stocked with all of the appliances of home. The water front property has a covered dock which is perfect for catching the big on or the one that got away. There are plenty of games to play with the family like giant Jenga or giant connect 4. Wine down the evening with a camp fire or relax on a zero gravity chair while you star gaze on the deck. Wake up to an enchanting sunrise while you have coffee on the balcony over looking the water. Take a day trip to a local winery, Livingston State Park, or try your luck at Naskila gaming Casino. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our estate.

Our quite hours are from 9pm to 7am. We do not allow parties as we are respectful of our neighbors.
