Villa in Masseria del Salento

Villa Masseria typical of Southern Italy. Dates from 1500 and has a park with pine trees, swimming pool, organic vegetable garden and orchard, playground, tennis, olive grove. In the Farmhouse living owners who welcome their guests with Mediterranean hospitality. On customer request we organize courses of pinches, craft workshops, cooking classes, organic farming courses. The two apartments are on the upper floor, south side of the farm and have shared a shaded terrace overlooking part of the estate, equipped with garden furniture.
Internal composition: Entrance very bright with large windows and dining table which gives access to a corridor where you set up a large and comfortable kitchen (no dishwasher). From this room there is access to a double bedroom with a living room where there is a table with chairs, a sofa bed, a single bed and a TV, and a little more in the bottom of a bath / shower. Rooms are air conditioned

Agréable séjour dans une belle propriété
La propriété est très agréable. Le jardin est très joli. L'appartement était propre et sympa, bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la piscine même si ce n'était pas celle en photo sur l'annonce. Elena était présente pour nous accueillir et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci à Elena pour ce chouette séjour dans sa propriété.

L' appartamento e' veramente molto comodo e accogliente, con tutti i comfort necessari per 4 persone, la piscina e' bellissima e pulita quotidianamente (si puo' usare a qualsiasi ora a patto di rispettare naturalmente anche gli altri ospiti), il campo da tennis, che purtroppo non abbiamo utilizzato, completa la proprietà. La masseria e' bellissima e curatissima ed i padroni di casa sono super disponibili. Si trova a massimo 10 min dal centro e a 2 minuti dall' imbocco della tangenziale, questo la rende silenziosa nelle ore notturne ma ben collegata per chi come noi, sceglie di visitare quotidianamente le bellezze che offre la Puglia.
