Seaside gem.
A lovely hotel in a quiet residential road. Has a large car park yet is close to the centre for restaurants etc. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Great breakfasts. What more could you want?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lansdowne house. Dan was very inviting and check in was easy and quick. We stayed at no.6 room which was one the first floor and was the superior room with Mountain View. Room was amazing with 4 poster bed, very clean and spacious (with bath, tv, coffee tea, daily biscuits and bath robes) . WiFi in the room wasn’t the best but it didn’t bother us. Breakfast was amazing , served fresh to order and took no time at all to arrive, selection of yoghurts cereals fresh fruit etc , we took the advantage of cooked breakfast which was amazing ( veggie version on request). Plenty of parking too! The only thing we would mention is the fact that the room was not very “soundproof” you could hear next door when they were in the bathroom ( flushing / shower) and we could also hear noises from landing, but apart from that we were happy with our stay and would return and recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very welcoming & very well kept. Breakfast is prepared to order & to a good standard. It is conveniently situated to access all that Llandudno offers and it has private car parking which few places in Llandudno can offer.

Fantastic property and stay! The owner is amazing- very friendly and brilliant service . Booked a superior room- brilliant value for money- great room, very comfortable bed. Facilities were excellent- breakfast menu was very extensive and cooked beautifully- service was excellent. Location is great -easy walk to seafront and restaurants etc. highly recommend this property for quality and value for money- will definitely stay again.

Everything was 5 star about this property. Starting from our arrival, car parking was good. A friendly welcome at reception. Our room was beautifully decorated and lots of nice touches like bottled water, chocolates, good quality biscuits, great choice of tea and coffee and hot chocolate. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. I had two great nights sleep in the comfy bed. Breakfast was exceptionally good with a fabulous amount of choice and well cooked food. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to find and in a convenient location for restaurants, shops and pubs. Just beneath the Great Orme it is a wonderful base for walking. There is a good bus service close by. We are looking forward to returning!

There has obviously been a lot of care put into this property. The furnishings were very eye catching and a bit quirky. The room we were allocated, while spotlessly clean with lots of nice little touches, felt cramped. Personally, too much furniture for such a small space. The furniture was obviously good quality but a dressing table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and hospitality tray table meant not enough space around the bed and no space for suitcases. Expedia stated fridge in room type we booked but owner advised only Superior King Rooms have this. Lounge and Dining Room were lovely and spacious. Breakfast included in room rate was nice with good choice. Great choice of places to eat within a few minutes walk. Very handy for Great Orme Tram. About mid way between East and West beaches. Parking was a bonus too as it can be very busy in Llandudno.

An absolute gem of a hotel. Friendly, welcoming hosts who worked so hard to make every guest's holiday perfect. Exceptional service from all the staff, perfect location, free off-road parking, beautiful rooms, wonderful selection for breakfast. I could not fault this place and Dan and Wei should be very proud of how they run the Lansdowne House. Will definitely book again.
