Early check in
I arrived a couple hours earlier than expected. I asked for an early check in only to be told it would be a $25 charge added. I declined and I had to sit in my vehicle for 1hour and 30 minutes. Most of the hotels that i go to let me check in without a fee. I wasn't happy about this incident and will not forget this horrible experience.

It was ok but someone explain to me why breakfast ends at 9am? We came in for a baseball tournament and the boys played late and we came down at 930 and nothing. Very disappointing. Maybe indont want to be up at 8am to eat a crappy breakfast? A swing and a miss by Hilton
