Initial checking in was a huge problem with severe delays, the management were not helpful at all. The hotel it self was best average And the rooms were very small. In my opinion this is not a 5 star. At best I would class as a 3plus as other Hilton hotels are much nicer and bigger

The hotel was well worth its four stars. The personel were there to help. Things worked as they should. An early breakfast sack was delivered to our room exactly on time.

Das erste Zimmer hat sehr übel gerochen und es war dreckig. Nach der ersten schlaflosen Eckelnacht und ein paar Anrufen beim Hilton Head Quarter konnten wir das Zimmer zwar wechseln, erhielten aber ein viel Kleineres oberhalb der Lüftungsanlage. Allgemein war das Hotel nicht sehr sauber, in den Gängen oder auch beim Frühstück. Es war überall auch eisig kalt. Beim Frühstück war das Personal komplett überfordert. Wir wurden dann sogar via Brief im Zimmer aufgefordert doch bitte vor 9uhr zum Frühstück zu gehen. (Obwohl es bis 10.30uhr ist) aber auch dann wurde mir Kaffee statt der bestellte Tee serviert...Die Zimmernachbarn sind sehr sehr gut zu hören, auch beim Pinkeln. Für uns ein Hotel dass man besser meiden sollte.
