A really modern hotel that has first class facilities and staff. Super clean and rooms are top class with stunning city views. Staff are second to none, very accommodating, polite and go out of their way to genuinely help. Great location with tube station only a 2 minute walk away, lots of restaurants and nightlife in the area. This hotel is a must stay in if you are looking for that little bit of luxury in the heart of London. 10/10 can’t fault a thing!

Room with a view but no sleep

We had a 22nd floor room with great view. However room was small and not clean (debris on floor in room and in corridor). The spa is nice, but dark as is the reception area. Due to boiling hot duvet and loud air con coming on in middle of night (could not be turned off), we did not sleep and left early (no refund for unused night). The control pads for all room functions are also a bit annoying.

I was disappointed by this hotel. Style over substance. The pool look very cool but is quite cold. I found the elevators annoying (futuristic in a bad way…tech gone wrong). The check-in was annoyingly over officious which was vexing after a long day of travel. I will give them points for a good shower and very comfortable bed. But no outlet in bathroom for hairdryer was irritating. The blinds didn’t work properly and there was a fire alarm at 7:30am. Will not stay there again.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. A little let down on the way couple of occasions room cleaning wise when the room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon (5pm and 530pm - although seems this was on seemingly busy days over the holiday period). Otherwise our stay was amazing in particular the staff who were always very helpful and willing to accommodate requests. We also had spa treatments whilst there and would definitely recommend the spa. The treatments were customised to fit our particular conditions (in particular my sprained ankle).

Clean, Convenient & Simply Amazing!

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Though we opted for the eco-friendliness program, i.e., our room was being cleaned once every 3 days, we could request for fresh towels, topping up of coffee station stuff and emptying of trash whenever we needed. The hotel is conveniently located near the Old Street underground station (Northern line), which made travelling to most attractions within 30 min. There are also a variety of eateries within 10 min walk from the hotel and a local supermarket situated opposite the hotel. Would definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to London!
