Separate Heating and Cooling for upstairs and downstairs for those that like different temps on different floors. A king size bed, one queen size bed and one full size bed in three private rooms easily allows 6 people to sleep comfortably. A 58" TV is provided in the living room and a 55" TV in the Master Bedroom await for those who just want to chill and watch a good movie. Smoke detectors and CO dectors are located throughout. A bluetooth soundbar in the old china cabinet is provided for those that want to listen to their favorite music. You will have access to the entire unit, along with a private washer and dryer on premesis. Ironing board and iron are available in the bathroom, along with a hairdryer for those that may forget.
