Easy to find, get in & get around. Nice apartment with big bathroom. Could easily have been improved with ½ pint milk in the fridge. Real annoying frustration was the disparity between the obsequious sweet customer service messages and the complete lack of actual help when I needed an iron.

Very good place to stay, excellent facilities such as free washing/drying and plenty of nice amenities in the rooms. Be mindful of room service being at an extra cost and no front desk but nonetheless very good

Very nice property. Clean, comfortable. Had an issue with the clothes dryer it didn't work, but it was fixed the next day. We just had to hang our clothes in our room. Other than that, our stay was really good.

Really modern and clean. Fantastic amenities and cute little extras to make the trip more comfortable. It is near to the train line but ear plugs are provided and they don’t run all night (not that I was aware of anyway!)

Clothes washer was out of service. Gym access only available for one day. Shower leaked water into the bathroom due to missing glass door water deflector plastic strip. Maid service entered room while we were sleeping at 10am, which was three hours before check out.

The studio was perfect, clean, the bed comfortable and I was provided with everythibg I needed, including earplugs. My studio and window faced the elevated train tracks, and there was considerable train noise. Maybe other apartments at this site that are not facing the trains don’t have this problem. This was my only issue with this otherwise perfect stay.

Absolute worst apartment hotel. Code to room did not work 3 times. Stuck outside at 12 pm while useless phone operator tried to get you physical key. Please do not book this apartment/hotel.

Loudest AC Unit in the history of man kind !!!
Issue with the AC unit in the room meant that every 20 - 30 minutes you would get a LOUD buzzing noise for around 10 seconds, this continues even when the AC was switched off at the controls. Which is not what you want in the middle of a heat wave! I found out that the hotel knew about the fault prior to me checking in but were unable to supply a portable AC unit or even a basic fan. Alternative to no AC was to have the window open ….. but with the hotel being so close to the railway lines wasn’t an option either ! I was told that engineers did come and look at the u it after I reported it but they were unable to find anything wrong! Hotel did try to call me when I checked out to apologise but I was unable to answer so they kept ringing …… and ringing …. And ringing!

Too close to the railway. Far too noisy at 5am when the trains started. Will not be staying again.
