I would definitely stay again. Great staff. Nice sized apartment and futon couch. Lots of amenities and close to the subway. Good, safe neighborhood and grocery store next door. The only cons that it was noisy and very cold. The heat doesn't come on until mid October. We were very cold walking around in our apt. I should have brought it up to staff because they had portable heaters. But I didn't know. I was on the 7th floor and I could hear all the street noise with ease. You can also tell that it has been remodeled but is waiting on a few final touches, like carpet in the halls, windows and baseboards in the house. Would still highly recommend.good bang for your buck. Lovely staff and they even let us leave our bags there for the day.

Accommodation is in a great location and central to tube and sights. Rooms a good size and have a small kitchenette on if staying for more than a couple of nights. Bathroom is very small and could do with upgrading, looking rather shabby and windows need to be double glazed as can hear everything outside. Beds comfortable, unfortunately not the pillows.

Highly recommend for longer-term stays
This was our 2nd stay at the Cloisters. First was in 2023, and we rebooked this year for 2 weeks. We were not disappointed. It is conveniently located in a nice area, close to city bus stops and the South Kensington tube station. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and having a washer/dryer in the room is a major perk for a longer term stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Top of our list for our next visit to the UK!

Wont be staying again. Poor rooms with lack of care to the upkeep. Shower was horrendous, water came from various gaps in the pipe and soaked the whole room. No hairdryer.

Property was in poor condition very bad water marks on the ceiling, and the mattress was like sleeping on a brick. Kitchen was very clean with very basic amenities however bathroom needed a clean before using. The bed was very uncomfortable and overall it was not at ll what was described and pictured when booked. Only plus size was location. Would not book again
