On arriving we were greated and helped through the check-in efficiently. We could choose the location of our room as well. The room had a large bed and great shower. You could also operate media, lights blinds and mood setting via an ipad provided which was fun. Food in the hotel was good quality and priced reasonably for the area.

Giant comfortable bed, very modern controls for the lighting, temperature, tv, etc. Frosted glass walls around the shower and toilet don't allow for much privacy, but overall a very nice modern, sleek hotel!

All in all I enjoyed my stay at Bankside. My only complaint would be that the room is a tad small. Couldn’t have both suitcases opened at the same time in the room. But excellent location and the staff were friendly and helpful!

There are no affordable big hotels in London, but this one did a great job. While it was small it was well appointed and comfortable. Staff were amazing. I twisted my ankle during my time there and the staff were great providing me with bags of ice twice a day. I couldn't have been better taking care of
