The hotel was very nice. Good location being so close to Victoria Station and quite a few very good dining options. Would definitely stay here again. Only real downside is the bed is up against the window, so if you are traveling with a partner, one of you would have to climb over the other in the middle of the night - though that seems to be a theme in London

I really enjoyed staying at citizenm. It was right by everything and I’ve always felt safe, especially at night. They also had everything that I needed for my few day stay. I would love to stay here again when I’m back in London!

Great stay
The room was really fun and quite comfortable given how small it was. The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. The location was fantastic and very close to a lot of attractions including a couple theaters and just a short walk from Victoria station. I would definitely stay here again.
