CitizenM is the Apple of hotels. It is planned to the infinite exacting detail. It is crisp, ultra-contemporary and clever. Cool exudes everywhere. This staff is exceedingly nice, the breakfast is great, and the lounge is fabulous— a super hang. The bed is comfortable in the room is as ergonomic as I have ever seen in the hotel. There is great and often whimsical art and the rooms, hallways elevators, and especially the lounge, which doubles as a fun and thoughtful library of coffee table books, trashy novels, and miscellaneous titles. I could go on and on— wait, I already have.

We stayed here for a weekend and had a wonderful experience. Checkin was great (2pm which is amazing), the rooms were wonderful and so clean. We loved that the floors were wood and not carpet. The bed was so comfortable!! We also loved the concept of the ipad in the room and made everything super easy. I would definitely recommend staying here and I hope I can in the future!!

So cool and new. Had an iPad with all controls in the bedroom. Quirky new modern hotel. Amazing rainfall shower with detachable head. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast for my son who is below 10 yrs old so free. Amazing location to Buckingham palace etc. Clean.

This property is conveniently located with easy access to the train and motor coach stations. The staff were very friendly and they offer a wonderful breakfast each day. We will definitely stay there again.

This is my favorite hotel chain. It is super up-to-date technologically, exceedingly well-planned and conceived, the bed is super comfortable, and it could not be more ergonomic. And it has a seriously clever sense of humor. Oh yeah, there is great art and interesting touches everywhere. And the lobby is a great hang. Need i say more? 😉

Excellent staff!! Nice clean rooms! Love the king sized bed! There are pros and cons to the location. Nice to be close to big train and bus hubs. We easily walked to our bus tours. Lots of fast food options in the area. Not too far from many big attractions. It is a very noisy neighborhood which made it difficult to sleep at night. Also kind of a dirty neighborhood with a high homeless population. They didn’t bother us though. The hotel itself was outstanding. I might request that they make the mattresses softer, and the windows more sound proof. A white noise app on the tablet would help too! And an option to turn off more lights without turning them all off.
