The location and customer service is the only good part!! Rooms are super small and nothing compare to the rest options, housekeeping every 3 days was disappointing and very stressful and the food menu options is very limited.

Nice but disappointing customer service
Our room was fantastic, amazingly views. The major disappointment was that we booked a year in advance and chose this hotel because of the bar and outside area and views, so called the hotel to check as a resident on NYE we could use the rooftop bar on NYE and it was confirmed that we . were allowed. On NYE we were turned away as there was a ticketed function. This was really disappointing as we had planned to spend our evening in that area. No communication was ever emailed letting us know ahead of time of this restriction. Had we known we would have cancelled and booked another hotel.

Not the best. Rooms are dirty and free water is also filthy. Rooms designed cutesy and tech forward but with a lack of common sense. I.e shower build and the sink outside the bath

The reception was slightly helpful upon check in. I think he was knew in this position due to someone watching over him. The check in experience was average. The hotel overbooked their premium rooms, so they downgraded my room without saying anything to me. When I saw the room I was given and questioned it, they said sorry, it’s all we have. They did move me to a different room, they said the view was okay, but failed to mention this room came with the steady rumble of the underground… The hotel offered a 20% refund, but this issue is still to be resolved. After a semi sleepless night in a room I felt obligated to take because of their overbooking error, I can’t say I would return here. It was clean, they did offer food pick up at the bar all night, and it was conveniently located near the underground.
