Quite possibly the loudest hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay at. Walls were paper thin, noise from halls. Also the cleaning staff were exceptionally loud in even the early morning hours They also tried to clean my room at 8:15 in the morning, then we’re rude when I pointed out that’s an unusual time since people may still be sleeping on a weekend

The room was really clean with a modern bathroom. The beds were really comfortable - we booked a twin rather than double so we could put the beds together and we had loads of room. The location is very convenient if you're travelling from Euston. For light sleepers, it could be slightly too loud at night but this wasn't an issue for us.

Reception staff needs more training, when we checked in asked for more money than we booked, when we checked out produce an invoice took well over half an hour, gave her all the details still kept asking, really frustrating

There is a large courtyard with a pizza restaurant and a pub and lots ts if seating for gatherings. Even with the windows closed the noise from the area was unacceptable, with constant noise from diners, dunkers and conversation until about 2am and stating again at 6am. The windows are single glazed so provided no sound proofing. And there is no air con so with the windows closed the room was far too hot. I can't recommend this hotel

Extremely satisfied with everything
Check in was 2.00pm, however, we arrived at 11.30am to drop our bags off and we're invited to check in to our room, which was amazing. The room was pristinely clean and modern and everything looked brand new. Service was excellent, staff extremely helpful and polite. Would definitely return. Was in an exceptional location for everything.

All staff were very polite & helpful, breakfast was lovely & room was good. However, the room was very noisy- you could hear the traffic and people outside as if the window was open (we did check it wasn’t several times!). Only downside to our stay.

Very Nice Facility, walkable to bus stops like 91,14,25 and Underground stations within 4-5 mins walk. We walked to and from Most of the top attraction in the city. The room we stayed double bed which was ok but the bathroom was a little tight.
