Never again! Room was warm, bed tiny, shower had a lovely clump of hair hanging out the drain. God knows what was in the actual drain as I was afraid to open the shower door after showering because it had filled up like a bath!

Decent Accommodation At A Decent Price

Pros: Rooms were affordably priced for the location. No frills, budget accommodation - yet still modern & clean.
Cons: Option of multiple (two) room keys. Basics provided in the kitchens (ie: washing up liquid, more pots, utensils)
Location: 10 minute walk to Wembley Park tube station. Right along a major bus route. London Designer Outlet right next door, variety of restaurants & shops
This is a student complex, let out during summer months. No frills, budget accommodation - don't expect 'hotel' standards. Room & bed were small; some couples might find it a tight fit, though we found no issue with the space. Overall the room was clean & modern. There is no AC in the room, so it was quite stuffy. Window only opened from the top, a tiny crack, so there was not any air or breeze to come through. The 'hotel' can't be faulted for this, as they are just renting the rooms out, but during extreme heat waves, it would not be very ideal. We asked at reception for a fan & they provided us one. Check water temperature for shower & sink. Both taps were scalding hot to touch; we ran the water for several minutes, but water & taps continued to stay boiling hot. Spoke to reception who informed that maintenance would fix; after 3 hours no one had been up. We were told that maintenance had been sent to the wrong room & we were instead allowed to change rooms. Only 1 room key was given. This proved difficult as we were intending to do different things throughout our stay. Free WiFi, but the cellular service often cut out. Guests are given a discount coupon for the restaurant across the road, which offered buffet breakfast. Overall, minor annoyances, which if you can overlook, make it an affordable place to stay, not far out from centre of London. Good for short stays.
