Lovely Hotel right in the center of London, close to Charing Cross and Embankment tube stops. Easy walking distance to Leicester Square and Covent Garden. Staying there for wifes 50th birthday, and Jake was a pleasure to deal with during check-in and made our stay that little be more special with a room upgrade and bottle of wine. Highly recommend this hotel in the heart of London

A wonderful historic building. Excellent location! A musty smell in the room and on the floor. It was very expensive to get the room ready early, and it wasn't ready anyway! Breakfast expensive, I didn't take it.

Tolle Lage! Gutes Hotel in gutem Zustand. Zimmerreinigung nur alle drei Tage ist etwas fraglich. Sonst aber gut.
