The location is excellent. It should not be a 5* and is more like a 4*. Rooms are in need of modernisation but clean and comfortable. Tea bags were not replaced on one of our days which was disappointing. I would expect a 5* rated property to supply biscuits. Did not eat at the property so unable to comment. The temperature of the swimming pool and sauna were way too cold and this is my only reason for rating the facilities as a 3*. Staff are friendly and professional.

Great hotel in soho. Easy walk to oxford circus and Carnaby street. Staff was great. Anthony made a great impression on us by helping us with different items with the hotel. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect, 2 mins from tube. Right in the mix of Soho. Rooms were very quiet considering how busy it is outside. Staff not really informative, I had to ask questions regarding breakfast, checkout, where the lift was. Room was ok, shown signs of wear and tear, hotel was also a bit beaten on places, 1 out of 2 lifts worked. And the lift that was working had buttons missing. Swimming pool was ice cold. Breakfast was decent though.

This is my first choice in London for access to the excitement of Soho but on a quiet street. Steps from Mayfair, Fitzrovia, and Marylebone. The swimming pool is all of four meters square and doesn't open till 10, so that shouldn't be a major factor. Breakfast was below comparable hotels. But you can't beat location and price.

This location is incredible! We could walk to many key tourist sights, and the hop on/ hop off bus. It was surprisingly quiet at night, now that most vehicles in London are electric.

We had a lovely stay and the front desk staff was fantastic. The hotel itself is nice but maybe not 5* nice (we'd say: 4*). Our room was a bit small and slightly dingy. But that's a small complaint - otherwise very nice!

This is definitely a 3-5 star hotel but worth it for location alone. Very convenient walk to the underground, shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool has odd hours (10a-7p) making it difficult to use and the spa was not open. The room itself was clean, with housekeeping visiting everyday. It could use some maintenance, fresh paint, cracks on ceiling etc. They lock front doors at night but if you ring the bell after hours will let you in so I felt safe. Overall was a good stay!

The staff here are super lovely and you’re well placed for tons to do in Soho and the West End. The hotel itself is a bit dated but rooms are quite sizable for British standards which makes for a very comfy stay. Definitely recommend for an easy base and comfortable, friendly spot!

Hotel location was great, tidy and clean. Bedroom had some faults TV didn't work all the time, bedside light didn't work. Wasn't a 5 star standard hotel.
