This hotel is very well located for London City Airport... Just a 7 minute walk away. Very modern, with very nice rooms and friendly staff. Would stay here again if flying from London City Airport

Great hotel for LCY overnights
For an overnight by LCY it’s perfect - clean, comfy, great service, friendly staff, and walkable to the terminal. The breakfast spread was great too - standard buffet fare but high quality and well maintained by the brekkie staff throughout the morning. Will definitely use again, a really relaxing night before a London work day!

There are not any upgraded room types to be upgraded to if you are a VIP access customer. Rooms are well equip and set out well. Everything you need from a hotel. Would stay here again.
