This was a great choice for an overnight connection into/out of LHR. Had some food in the restaurant, got a good and comfortable sleep, and caught the Airport Hopabus for 6 poundsish. Also we seemed to be the first stop on the Hopabus so there were plenty of seats. Met my needs 10/10

We were very disappointed. For a hotel which is located near a major international airport like Heathrow, the fact that the restaurant is closed for night arrivals is unacceptable. One member of the staff did not want to make us coffee in the morning at the coffee bar but suggested we could get a coffee in the machine. Instead of being welcomed as guests, we were treated as something the staff had to deal with.

We stayed for 2 nights to and from our trip very nice hotel great breakfast , wonderful staff. take Uber from the airport much cheaper than taxi. Had a great dinner in their rooftop Indian restaurant.
