The executive room was a good size if a bit tired, and the bathroom could have been cleaner! The staff were friendly but distracted and I felt check-in was a bit rushed as a result. Unfortunately, the room description on their own website highlighted premium toiletries and tea and coffee-making items and one of the reasons for choosing the room. But this was not the case when I got to the room. I asked at reception and was told the description was wrong, and there was no offer of resolution despite explaining it was advertised on their own site. I also missed most of the breakfast as I was not told the finish time. However, the staff were generally helpful in making sure I got something to eat and brought me an extra coffee. I have stayed here a few times and it is generally decent but I felt a little disappointed with my stay due to the room.

Good food, no water in the room not even a coffee

Shower water almost cold. Expensive still room nor comfortable. Not even a socket by the bed to plug laptop. I would not go there unless on business trip

Excellent quiet hotel

We had a wedding nearby and the hotel was great, staff were really friendly
