Very convenient location. Close to restaurants, underground and Tesco(convenience store). Rooms have refrigerator. Staff very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Rooms are relatively comfortable. This was second time staying here and plan on returning.

We travel a lot and found this hotel to be very expensive for what you get. The executive lounge was way too small for the amount of people and was very limited in variety. Room service was dreadful. The front desk staff were fabulous.

Great location but tired
The lobby area is nice and staff friendly. However we felt the room was rather tired for the price they are charging and not value for money. The location is excellent, which is no doubt guiding the price.
