Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in desirable area of Sands End Fulham, nearby Chelsea Harbour and 4 minutes walk to the nearest train station and a 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop with connections across London. Free WiFi available. An 8 minute walk to the Uber Thames River Boat taxi which is a great way to travel to top London highlights. Imperial Wharf Park and open spaces with restaurants and bars are a short walk away.

The appartment has a newly fitted kitchen and is well laid out with an inviting dining area. The bathroom has been completely refurbished in March 2024. There is a separate reception room with original bay windows, comfy sofas and a large smart TV. There are three separate double bedrooms, one bedroom with queen size bed and 2 bedrooms with double beds sleeping a maximum of 6 people.There are no futons or sofa beds. . One double bedroom has standalone wardrobe. The further two double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and one of these bedrooms has a 'juliet' balcony and sky light window. The appartment is a perfect base for sightseeing in London as it is well situated with excellent transport links by train or bus. It is 20 minutes by car/taxi to Wimbledon. And access to London Heathrow by train, Uber or Taxi. Also close by is Chelsea Harbour with easy access to the famous Chelsea Kings Road, Kensington High Street, Harrods in Knightsbridge, Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Madam Tussauds and all the historic attractions in London.

Car parking directly (meter) outside the property which is a rarity in London!

Excellent stay in a nice neighborhood
We enjoyed our staying in this very nice house. Everything was as described. We went during the hottest days of the summer and we are not used to living without AC but the windows all opened and seem to have been installed to maximize airflow and the temp in the evenings was pleasant thanks to having fans. The neighborhood is away from the busy parts of the city near Imperial Warf. There are several restaurants in walking distance as well as a small market which was nice. There is a taxi rank 2 blocks away as well as quick access to trains/busses as also the Uber boat which takes you up the Thames. I definitely recommend this apartment as the neighborhood is safe and was still close to all the public transportation to get us to all the tourist spots we went to. I would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful stay in Chelsea
We had a wonderful stay at the flat in Chelsea. The place was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. There is a Tesco grocery within walking distance along with restaurants and bars along the Thames. It’s close to the pier and the train station to make getting in and out of London easy. Chris and Simmie were in touch with us to make sure everything was going well and they were very helpful and kind. Even the neighbor said we could ask her for help if we needed anything. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!!

Great apartment in charming neighborhood convenient to transportation and great food options. Apartment has all the features you need for a comfortable stay and is beautifully appointed. Beds are smaller than described but don’t prevent a terrific stay. Owners communicate well and attend to any requests.

Quaint, Comfy and Convenient
We comprised of 3 adult females looking to unwind and visit a few of the tourist sites, found this flat to have the proper balance of English charm with modern amenities. Property is located in a quiet and safe residential area with grocery stores, pub and transportation services within walking distance. Communication with the host was very timely. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this flat and would not hesitate to return.

Very Clean and Comfortable
Everything looked new and clean in the apartment and the owners were very responsive to our requests. We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood in Fulham was pleasant and well kept. Several forms of transit are within short walking distance for getting to central London by boat, bus, or overground train. The trip to London Bridge for example takes around 40 minutes depending on the time of day. The flat had plenty of space for our group. There is one flight of stairs up from the street to the kitchen and bathroom level, a few more steps up to bedroom and living room level, a half flight up to a bedroom, another half flight to bedroom, bathroom level. The kitchen has a great selection of dinnerware, pots, pans and utensils. We would stay there again!

Communication with Simmie and Scott was easy and quick! The flat was spacious, clean, and exactly what my family and I needed. I love how Simmie and Scott left a blue binder of information regarding how to work the tv, connecting to the WiFi, and top places to visit if you are visiting London!

Clean, cute, cozy central spot for our family
We and our 3 teen girls (from the US) loved the space and the spot. It was pretty much perfect - bedrooms for each of us with comfortable beds and super soft comforters, a fully equipped kitchen with full-size table, and a truly comfortable separate sitting/TV room with 3 very clean velvet sofas that you could really watch a move on... very rare, as many VRBOs have inexpensive/hard sofas for obvious reasons -- not this one. The street was super quiet and felt like nothing was going on, but walk just a few minutes in any direction and you're at a different cute corner with markets/restaurants/etc... We were always venturing to other parts of the city and I actually wish we had spent a little more time in Fullham/Chelsea once I realized all that was around us. Communication was top notch as well and they gave us some extra time to check out since train to Paris was leaving late in the day. So glad we found this one.

Fabulous flat
Brought my wife and kids from US to London for a Chelsea football game, and were looking specifically in the area of Stamford Bridge. This flat was an easy 20 minute walk to the stadium. However, the flat itself is wonderful. Recently renovated to very high standards, it was perfectly comfortable for 4 of us in 3 bedrooms. Plus 2 full bathrooms. Simmie and Chris, the hosts, were extremely responsive to our questions. Chris met us and gave us a walkthrough to start our stay, which was very helpful. We also had a special request to check in early given our arrival time and they happily obliged. Quick walk to the Uber Thames boat too, which was great. Highly recommend if you want a Fulham or Chelsea stay.

We would stay here again!
My family enjoyed the apartment very much, it is very clean and exactly as the pictures show, they would stay there again when visiting London. The hosts are very responsive and reached out on several occasions to ensure that everything was fine. Everything was easy from communicating, to finding the place, checking-in, transportation, etc.

What a great place!!
Our family stayed in this charming 3 bedroom place. It looks like it was recently renovated and had everything you could want. As other London places, there are stairs. The kitchen/dining room are spacious and well equipped. Living room was comfortable with plenty of seating (4 of us stayed there, 3 more family members visited). The main bathroom was also spacious for a London place. The smaller upstairs bathroom was updated and had a nice shower (although confusing instructions for the hi-tech shower). The host Simmie was very communicative and easy checkin instructions. It was close to the river and has some nice restaurants and a Tesco about 2-3 blocks away. We used Uber for transportation and they were great to get around. Overall our stay was great and we would stay again!

Wonderful Place to Stay and Safe Neighborhood
This place lives up to the description. We had a wonderful time and the location is awesome. Many nice places to eat and the food was great (as recommended by the host) Grocery stores nearby, and the area is very safe. Even taxi drivers and Uber drivers said the same thing. It's a gated community so not a lot of traffic and very quiet. The neighbors were all very nice and friendly as well. The above ground tube station is within walking distance. The host checked in with us often (via WhatApp) to make sure our stay was going well. Highly recommend.

Excellent flat
Great stay. Newly renovated kitchen with everything you need. Owners left us some wine and a few amenities to get us started, so nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great, beds comfy. Location is great, we used the Overground and the Uber boats. Huge grocery store just a quick walk along the Thames - made it easy to cook in a few nights. All around excellent!

È stata un’accomodation perfetta per mio figlio che studia a Londra e doveva soggiornare in questi 3 mesi passati. Simonetta, la proprietaria della residenza, è stata gentilissima, disponibile e premurosa per accogliere i ragazzi presso la sua abitazione. Sempre presente e comprensiva.
