Staff were very accomodating. Room was a good size. No fridge in the room but they sent one up. Close to public transport and easy train ride to the airport. Staff member walked us down to the train from the back of the hotel, entrance to the station.

Good, but a little tired.
Well-appointed room but a little tired - shampoo dispensers had come off the wall and the furniture is a bit dented and chipped. I was surprised that there was no fridge in the room.

This is my second time staying in paddington since starting to go to London every year , the hotel is an older model but is still great , I had some few issues but they fix them right away and they also made it up to me as well which was lovely The place is great it was quiet peaceful and safe at night time , I choose this location since it was was in the station which take you to all the the trains as I often go all over London and also go outside London and will be staying here again next year when I come back Only thing I wish they would lchange is adding hardwood floor to there room over carpet
