There’s no reason to pay for a service like this when you come to the hotel no one helps you out and you have to help yourself about the luggage across the stairs checking out as well same thing

Perfect London location for experiencing all that the city has to offer. From Heathrow Express to the Elizabeth Line,all options are at the door. Perfect stop to venture to other destinations in the UK. Staff are friendly and professional. Housekeeping does a remarkable job in an aging facility. The Executive Lounge provides for a brief respite from the hustle and bustle.

This hotel is very convenient to the Heathrow Express to the airport, and there are numerous restaurants nearby. Although the hotel was clean, a mouse was running around in the Executive Lounge. The room had few drawers for storage. Hot water was good but it took a while to figure out how to adjust the shower and bathtub.
