Good location. Close to underground station and basic shops. Room was OK. There was no carpet, which was unexpected for us with a toddler. Linens seemed clean but there were a couple strands of hair on the bed. Not sure where they came from. Other than that our stay was fine. Would probably look for a different hotel next time.

Clean, quiet and v close to station

Pros: Quiet, clean, near station, airy, friendly reception
Cons: Some floor were a bit squeaky so could hear people above me - think due to laminate floors - was not intrusive or problematic for me.
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby, bar and food available on site. Tesco and Sainsbury next to station. V short (and straight walk) to hotel.
Pleasantly surprised. V clean, comfy bed, choice of pillows, lots of towels, if you'd forgotten anything then you were provided it free - toothbrush, comb etc. The hotel was fully booked as there were lots of people staying for the Adele concert at Wembley but everything was done quickly and efficiently.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities for tourist

Very accessible to the tube station, it made travelling into the city centre a lot less stressful. The addition of having access to the android phone that was provided was invaluable to us! It was such a wonderful surprise to have it with us as we explored the city it helped us so much getting around, we honestly couldn't praise it enough. Thank you for a lovely weekend with as little stress as possible.

Good hotel but bad staff

The hotel is in good location just few minutes walk from north Acton. The hotel has a lot of facilities with comfortable bed and mice bathroom. The TV was not working and I have to go to reception to fix it and room key frequently did work and I had to go to reception to fix the problem. Most of the saff were horrible inexperience wearing like a mask face with bad attitude. I think the problem of this hotel is the management.

Not too impressed

Staff not very friendly room heating not working. Called the Reception and sent somebody 1 hour later. Tried to call again 3 times while I was waiting with no answer. No additional duvet in the room. No toiletries. Towels were left on the floor, but staff didn't change them. Overly priced breakfast. Went outside for it.

Hotellilta pääsi helposti metrolka keskustaan. Lähilaupasta sai aamupala tarvikkeet huokeasti. Hotellin aamupala oli törkeen kallis. Meiltä oli huoneessa kaksi aikuista ja kaksi lasta, mutta vain makuupaikat oli neljälle. Saimme lähes joka ilta selvitellä, mistä saisimme lapsille pyyhkeet.

Viihtyisä, siisti, moderni hotelli. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Aamupala tarjonta oli hyvä ja vaikka valikoima ei ollut suuren suuri niin varmasti jokaiselle jotain löytyy. Iso plussa hyvästä kahvista :) myös ravintolan ruoka oli ihan hyvää ja hinnat kohtuulliset. Metroasema oli kävelymatkan päässä, samoin kauppa. Miinusta tulee huonosti toimivasta wc-pöntöstä mikä taitaa olla yleinen ongelma koko maassa. Myöskään hajusteherkille ei voi hotellia suositella. Käyttivät hyvin voimakkaan hajuisia pesuaineita ja etenkin käytävillä haju tuntui hyvin voimakkaasti. Kokonaisuutena kuitenkin erittäin positiivinen kuva jäi.
