Fantastic stay for our anniversary. Upgraded from premium to balcony room, comp drinks & breakfast. Amazingly generous and helpful staff made our visit memorable. If you can stay in the balcony rooms it is worth it. Breakfast exceeded expectations, variety, service and gluten free options. Only negative would be drinks were a bit overpriced in the bar, particularly a bottle of beer. Thanks to the hotel for a fantastic stay. 5*

Worth a stay
Lovely hotel, front of house staff were very helpful. Room was lovely, bed was very comfortable, unfortunately the air con wasnt working during the night or morning which made it alittle unbearable to be in. Breakfast on rhe top floor was very good with a fantastic view.

Shocking treatment of a lone female
Arrived very late (after midnight). But I knew this would be the case so pre-paid for the room to secure it. Upon arrival I was told the room had been sold to someone else - which would be understandable if the room was only reserved and not paid for. But I paid for it at the point of booking. The man on reception casually said there were no other rooms and just shrugged when I explained I was now a lone female stuck in London at midnight without anywhere to stay. I provided a phone number when booking - they should have called to explain that the room would be sold to someone else. I spent an hour sat in the cold on a bench in Leicester Square at 1am, trying to call every hotel in London to get a room. No success. Ended up getting an Uber back to Bristol as I had no choice (which cost over £250). The rather rude hotel receptionist very clearly didn’t care and just kept saying: “this is our policy”. Maybe I’m being unreasonable but it was my expectation that if you’ve paid for something - it shouldn’t be sold to someone else without checking first.

A hidden gem. Our room is spacious and well appointed and more importantly, quiet! Overlooking Leicester Square it’s incredibly convenient. You can’t get more central London if you tried. Rooftop bar is a triumph.

Very well appointed Art Deco inspired hotel. Central location, walking distance to Shaftesbury Ave, Piccadilly, Pall Mall, Oxford and Regent Street. Excellent rooftop restaurant and bar with amazing city views especially at night. Superb breakfast. Luxurious bed and bedding, well appointed bedroom and bathroom. “Noir” White company bath products. Exceptionally attentive staff. I will make this my vase for future London trips.

Very small rooms, only one lift working and with people going up to 9th floor for bar or breakfast, you had a long wait for access. Rooms dusty. Ours smelt musty also and again very small. Two positives, Excellent breakfast and location

I would never stay here again. The noise from Leicester Square is absolutely awful. Only one elevator was working, so we had to wait forever to use it. The bar is WAY overpriced! We usually stay at the Hotel Indigo by Earls Court, and there are always complimentary beverages in the fridge, but not at this one. They also don’t provide conditioner or lotion.

The staff were more than helpful and accommodating. They spoke to us each time they saw us, asked us how we were doing, and made sure we felt at home and welcomed. The staff truly made this hotel special. The location made it easy to get around and visit everything we wanted.
