I found hair in my bed and a stain in the pillow case. The pillows are not good also. The shower was great. And the bed too.

Very clean hotel, staff was super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located close to Victoria station so easy access to anywhere you need to get to. Breakfast was great too, they had a wide range of options.

Estancia regular.
La habitación estaba en el sótano y no tenía ventanas. Había muchos ruidos en el cuarto durante la noche. Y pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación pero nos cobraban 50 libras más. De haber sabido no reservaba. El personal del restaurante siempre muy amable así como una persona en la entrada que nos ayudó con las maletas pero el personal de recepción muy mal.

The room was lovely,very quiet,the breakfast was good. If you like going to weirdly laid out hotels then go to this one lol. The staff are mostly spanish,i was asked for a passport although im scottish lol. Some of the plugs for the iron and kettle are european(maybe to stop people stealing them lol) All and all a nice hotel if not a little weird compared with hiltons etc ive stayed in london.

I was checked into the wrong room and told at reception there are problems with the system. The room was already occupied by others. A basement room is apparently what was allocated for the booking and it was next to the service area where staff were quite noisy. A lot of noise in the middle of the night and as the corridors are not carpeted it was disturbing. Good laoction however for us near theatres and the station.

This place is very convenient for getting around, and the breakfast is good, although the limited variety can become a bit monotonous. However, aside from that, the hotel is ideally located near both the bus and train stations.
