Good hotel, nice staff and location but when I arrived we were told we could go to the hotel sky bar via another elevator so after we freshened up and came to reception to ask to go up to the bar they made us leave the hotel and stand in a bar guest line outside??! After 20 minutes we decided to go as we had better things to be doing….you’d think as a paying guest we could just have access and be spared waiting outside in bloody queue!

I’ll not stay at Saint Hotel again as the eating facilities were poor. We had one breakfast which we had to have in our room and we’re charge an extra £9 The breakfast was not nice, covered in oil/fat. Bacon was streaky. The only breakfast in the restaurant was £20 for a continental ie cornflakes and yogurt. To cope with a day in town we needed a good cooked breakfast. In the room there was only pod coffees. Poor

Loved the hotel. Everyone was super accomodating and helpful. Literally steps to Aldgate subway station so easy access. It was quite far from Londons biggest attractions and was in a much newer more businesses like area. Food was great. Bed was comfortable staff exceptional. I would stay again.

The hotel was in great condition throughout and the staff was very accommodating, especially Manan and Fatima. We will stay at the Saint again because of the service and proximity to the Underground and Tower Bridge

I paid for breakfast when I booked the room. However, I was disappointed to see there was no variety of meals or buffet like many other hotels; only breads, pastries and cereal!! Although the manager eventually gave us Eggs, bacon and sausages for free after I asked, I believe this should be served as part of breakfast with no extra charges. The food was nice and the staff were very polite and helpful. It was my partner's birthday yesterday and we had a complimentary wine form the hotel. That is well appreciated. Thank you. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well situated. We loved the ambiance and the cosines. We did not get to see the roof top restaurant due to time but we might come back later to see it.

Hotel Saint was a wonderful place to stay for a couple of travellers for a week. Conveniently located immediately next to Aldgate underground station, you can make it to anywhere in the city easily. The staff always went out of their way to assist. Helped us check innearly, opening doors, calling elevators, keeping the room clean. The hotel seemed to be in a fairly more quiet area compaired to other areas of the city. The restaurant on the main floor was great. Ate there a couple of times for breakfast. Never went to the place on the upper floors, but it seemed popular amongst locals and hotel guests. A wonderful place, and I certainly would recommend it to friends and family.
