Birthday treat.
Room lovely . Glad we did not pay for breakfast as cold and waitress not interested with concerns, did not replenish food when empty took too long. Nice of hotel to offer complimentary even though we did not eat it due to poor service ,reception team very pleasant . Would stay again without breakfast .

The property was ideally located, well decorated, comfortable rooms and the welcome from the door staff on the ground floor was always genuine and so welcoming. Sadly, one of our party had to change rooms FOUR times due to a flood on the 5th floor but wasn’t even offered an apology let alone any compensation. The customer service was rather lacking despite my colleague trying to make light of the situation.
