Fantastic trip to England
It was a comfortable stay. Staff were extra kind and courteous to me and other guests. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Room was clean with a super comfortable atmosphere and bed.

It’s a very simple hotel, excellent for a night before flying out of Heathrow. They charge extra for parking and breakfast. The shuttle runs every hour and costs about 8 pounds. We walked 2 blocks and took the public bus that runs every 10 minutes or less. You can use the lines 222, SL9, 278, 285, or 105. It’s 1.5 Pounds.

Arrived first day was ok tv not workong properly. Kettle not working gave me another it was leaking 3rd one not working. So i gave up Asked for a fan and still not one after 24 hours . Kept asking for late check out 3 times was told ok dsy of leaving 2 cleaners tried to get in my room i was naked yet still wanted to come un . Even after i asked for late check out

Used for 1 night stay when catching early flight from Heathrow. Easy to find and adequate parking. Cheap stay, parking is extra £12 but this was explained on booking. Check in quick. Room was Ok, clean except for ugly patch on the carpet and wet corner by shower. Loo was ridiculous low! Ate in restaurant, food was good and plenty of it. Not expensive either. All in all, good value stay for the price I paid and easy 9 minute drive to Terminal 3.
