Nice entrance area but rooms are dated and very small. Had a food option when we arrived late, which was nice to have. Bathroom was more modern than the room, but the toilet was very low down for some reason. Close enough to airport with lots of bus options within a 5-10 minute walk. Nearest McDonald’s in a 12 minute walk.

Liked the bar. Thats about all i can say i liked about this. The bathroom was great but the pressure was horrible. The cooling system didnt work and the heat was on the whole time no matter what i did with the settings. Very thankful for the staff for giving me a fan to sleep

Room was basic but clean and for the price was good. Hotel in general is dated and in need of investment. We checked in at 5pm and there were dirty cups, glasses and empty beer bottles outside some of the rooms. They were still there the next morning.

This hotel is clean and modern and perfect for an overnight stay near London Heathrow airport. Good on site restaurant and several options available for getting to the airport.

One of the receptionists was very good to me and listened to our complaints. He was will to resolve the problem on arrival There family room only has 1 double and one 1single bed . The Capet stinks and dirty I have to cover my nose all night when am sleeping. The only ambients are the entrance and lounging areas otherwise the rooms and lobby is gross
